Cancellation Policy:
In case your plans change, ensure to inform in writing the cancellation/ amendments in a plan to the Reservation for a refund of your deposit. The guidelines in this regard are as under:
- If canceled 1 month prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed.
- If canceled 14 days prior to the arrival date 10% charge will be processed on the total amount.
- If canceled 3 days prior to the arrival date 25% charge will be processed on the total amount.
- If canceled within 3 days of the arrival date 100% charge will be deducted from the total amount.
The refund of the reservation done by the Travel Agent will be processed by the issuing Travel Agent only and no refund is admissible online
